WHAT
Following the introduction to production and song-writing that took place in November 2014’s mentorship class, this workshop will identify the ways to market a beat/song into a viable commercial production. The purpose of this class will look at the marketing of a song, and how to build a brand as a beat maker. The second half of this class will focus on the practical portion of song-writing/beat making (i.e. arrangement) through a practical portion, which will take place in Music Coalition’s studio(s).
WHO

King Reign (Moderator/Panelist – Rapper, Producer)
GOALS
Attendees who are beginner to advance levels in production/song writing, and who want to be able to put monetary value to their product. Also, participants will be able to put their knowledge to practical use under the guise of our mentors. The goal is that you will leave with information on how to market their music, as well as how to create a brand that is commercially viable.
